She received a Nursing degree from Florida Atlantic University, a Master’s in Business Administration from Florida International University, and is certified in medical business and healthcare risk management. Victoria has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare field, and serves as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of SightTrust Eye Institute.
Victoria is a driven and passionate entrepreneur at heart. She has the forward thinking and innovation that are vital to growing a brand and company culture that can enthrall both patients and employees alike. Victoria brings with her years of experience in the fields of plastic and cosmetic surgery as well as medical aesthetics, providing her the unique skills, perspective, and talent necessary for leadership of Archetype.

Dr. Andrew Shatz is the co-founder of Archetype Aesthetics. He is a highly-respected, board-certified ophthalmologist, and CEO of SightTrust Eye Institute. Dr. Shatz is a pioneer in laser-assisted cataract and refractive lens replacement surgery, bilateral same-day surgery, and premium lens implants. Since medical school and residency, Dr. Shatz has always had a passion for plastic and cosmetic surgery, and has incorporated the industry’s white-glove style customer service into his ophthalmic practice.
